General Terms of Sale
Any purchase made on the website www.sanfredi.com (hereinafter also referred to as the “Site”) is governed by these general terms of sale (hereinafter also referred to as “General Conditions”), which Full Up S.r.l. (hereinafter also referred to as “Full Up”), with its registered office at Via F.lli Giacchetti 28/3, 59100 Prato (PO), and warehouse at Via Brunelleschi 2 – 50013 Campi Bisenzio (FI), reserves the right to modify at any time by publishing a new version on the Site.
Before completing any purchase, the Customer is required to carefully read these General Conditions, which have been made available to them on the Site in order to allow their storage and reproduction in compliance with Art. 12 of Legislative Decree No. 70/2003.
The applicable General Conditions are those in force at the time the order is placed. If a product is purchased on the Site, the Customer fully accepts these General Conditions, without any reservations and/or exceptions.
Contracts concluded through the Site are governed by the Civil Code and by Chapter I of Title III of Part III of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Consumer Code”).
In these General Conditions, “Customer” refers to the individual consumer who purchases the product for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity that may be carried out, and differs from the professional Customer, a legal entity, entrepreneur, and any other party holding a VAT number who purchases a product for professional purposes.
Product Information
The information regarding each product and its essential characteristics, made available in accordance with current regulations, is available on the Site and made known to the Customer.
The product information provided on the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors. The images of the products may not perfectly represent their characteristics and may differ in color, size, or accessories represented. The photographs of the products on the Site are purely illustrative and not binding.
Full Up reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been placed, and also to change or update information at any time without prior notice to the Customer.
Placing and Accepting Orders
To place an order for the Product on the Website, the Customer must have reached the age of majority (18 years old). It is not necessary for the Customer to be a registered user; in this case, they can place the order as a “guest.” After reviewing and accepting the Privacy Policy and the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, the Customer must fill out the order form in electronic format in its entirety, containing the necessary elements for the identification of the Customer and the products ordered; they must select the desired payment method from those indicated on the Website, following the instructions on the Website, failing which the order will be invalid.
Orders fulfilled will only be binding for Full Up after the Customer has received confirmation via email from us (hereinafter also “Order Confirmation”) that the order process has been successfully completed, the payment has been correctly authorized, and the products are available, in whole or in part, based on the quantities ordered. It is recommended to print and keep the Order Confirmation. If the Customer does not receive the Order Confirmation, they must contact us.
Full Up reserves the right to refuse, including but not limited to, orders from Customers with whom a dispute and/or a claim has occurred, even if still pending, in case of violation of the General Terms of Sale, in the case of repeated exercise of the right of withdrawal, and in any case if Full Up deems the Customer, at its sole discretion, unsuitable for any reason.
In such cases, Full Up will inform the Customer via email that the order has not been accepted and will refund any amounts already collected. In case of products unavailable after the order is completed, they will not be shipped, and the Customer will be notified, and the amount paid will be fully refunded to them.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
It is up to the Customer to choose from the delivery options offered on the Site. Delivery methods other than those specified are not allowed. The delivery times listed in the delivery options indicate the usual period required to deliver the products. Delivery of orders is free for purchases with a minimum spending amount of €600.00 (six hundred euros).
Delivery of Orders
The delivery of orders will be carried out by courier to the location indicated by the Customer at the time of placing the product purchase order.
The maximum delivery time, except for issues attributable to the courier or third parties, and therefore beyond the control of Full Up, is estimated at 15 working days for Italy and 30 working days for abroad.
Full Up assumes no responsibility for deterioration, theft, or loss of goods during transport, as these events are the responsibility of the Customer and/or the carrier at the time of delivery of the goods. It is the Customer’s responsibility to file complaints and/or initiate legal actions against the carrier or its insurance company. Full Up disclaims any responsibility for any delays in delivery if such delays or failures to deliver are due to force majeure causes such as, by way of example but not limited to: third-party strikes, terrorism, war, natural disasters, adverse weather, pandemic (hereinafter also referred to as “Force Majeure”).
In such cases, Full Up will contact the Customer as soon as possible to communicate the inconvenience and will take all necessary measures to minimize the effect of the delay.
Deliveries are made by TNT for Italy, FEDEX for the rest of the world, or another similar courier. If the user has entered an incorrect delivery address that caused the delivery to fail, the package will be returned to Full Up. Full Up cannot be held responsible for the delay or failure to deliver an order if caused by force majeure or events beyond its control.
Payment Terms and Conditions
The prices applied for the ordered products are those in effect on the day the purchase order is issued. The price of each individual product is indicated on its dedicated page within the product catalog and includes VAT and any other taxes but does not include shipping costs. Shipping fees are specified during the purchase process and vary depending on the selected shipping location.
It is up to the Customer to choose from the payment options offered on the Site. Payment methods other than those specified are not allowed. The Customer can choose from various payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Stripe.
These payments are subject to authorization by the companies providing the service. If Full Up does not receive payment authorization, the order will be automatically canceled, and an email will be sent to notify the Customer of the order failure.
Electronic Payment Methods
For your safety, we inform you that payment by credit card/PayPal/Stripe is processed through a Virtual POS managed directly by the relevant credit institution. We will not have access to your credit card details. The site through which the transaction takes place complies with SSL security standards, and the transmission of your credit card data is the responsibility of that bank.
Right of Withdrawal and Effects
The right of withdrawal referred to in this article and the following paragraph is reserved exclusively for the Consumer Customer and not for the Professional Customer, in accordance with current regulations.
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, for purchases of products made online, the Consumer Customer may always exercise the right of withdrawal without penalty and without having to provide any justification within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery of the goods (or the last item for multiple orders).
In case of a return, it is necessary to follow the procedure specified in the Returns section, and the goods must be returned to Full Up and handed over to the courier within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, with the postmark being the determining factor in both cases.
The Customer must return the product in its original condition, without signs of use, with the identification tag in its original packaging, along with the relevant transport and purchase documents. If the return has been made in accordance with the above and the goods have been received and verified by us, Full Up will issue a refund of the amounts paid using the same payment methods chosen for the purchase procedure, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from when it became aware of the withdrawal (the date of receipt of the withdrawal email). The right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of the purchase of custom-made or personalized products.
Return Conditions for E-commerce Orders
The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, complete with label and tag, to the address Full Up s.r.l., Via Brunelleschi, 2 – 50013 Campi Bisenzio (FI). Inside the package, the “return form” must be included.
If you placed your order by registering an account, you will find the link to the form in your account area, in the order summary.
If you ordered as a “guest” (without registration), please request the form by writing to customercare@sanfredi.com. The return form used must be exclusively the one associated with the order number for which the return is being requested.
It is not possible to make returns for orders generated on different dates within a single cumulative shipment. Once the return has arrived at our warehouses, if the form used is not the one corresponding to the order for which the return was requested, Sanfredi reserves the right not to accept the return and therefore not to issue the related refund, as it will not be possible to ensure the correct and complete return of the merchandise.
Legal Warranty
Full Up Srl guarantees that the products sold on the Site are free from defects and conform to applicable Italian and European Union (EU) regulations. All products sold by Full Up Srl to the Consumer Customer are covered by a legal warranty of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery of the goods, as provided for defects in conformity under articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code and amendments.
To initiate the procedure for verifying the defect in conformity, the Consumer Customer must contact Customer Care by writing to “customercare@sanfredi.com” and must provide a copy of the purchase document for the product (receipt/invoice) and any other required documents proving the shipment and delivery of the goods.
Once Full Up Srl receives the report of the product’s conformity defect, it will initiate the return procedure, where the transportation costs related to the returned goods, or for which a refund has been requested, will be at our expense if the quality department confirms the defect of the goods.
The Customer must follow the mandatory instructions received from Full Up Srl and is required to return the goods affected by anomalies in their original packaging, intact in all parts, under penalty of non-replacement of the product or non-refund of the amounts paid.
Upon receiving the “defective” goods and confirming the anomalies, Full Up Srl will proceed with either the replacement of the product or the issuance of a refund of the amounts already paid by the Customer, as agreed with the latter.
In case of a defect in conformity of the purchased product, the Consumer Customer has the right to restore conformity or to terminate the sales contract based on the conditions established by articles 135-bis, 135-ter, and 135-quater of the Consumer Code.
The legal warranty does not apply if the damage was caused by the Consumer Customer or if the consumer knew or could easily recognize the defect of the product at the time of purchase, unless in this case the seller declared that the item was free from defects; nor does it apply if the defect in conformity arises from instructions or materials provided by the Consumer Customer. The legal warranty does not cover damage and/or defects in the product caused by negligence or incorrect or improper use, or normal wear and tear of the product by the Consumer Customer.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All orders accepted by Full Up are considered finalized in Italy, and these General Conditions are governed and interpreted exclusively according to Italian law. In contracts with the Consumer Customer, for any dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, and execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the court of Prato.
Online Dispute Resolution for Consumers
The European Commission provides consumers residing in Europe with a platform for the alternative resolution of disputes, including cross-border disputes, accessible at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The Owner is available to respond to any inquiries sent via email to the address published in this document.
Processing of Personal Data
The Parties commit to ensuring that the processing of personal data collected in the context of contractual activities complies with the principles of fairness, transparency, legality, and the protection of the confidentiality and rights of the data subjects, in accordance with national legislation (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and integrations, and Legislative Decree 101/2018) and European legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR) in force regarding the protection of personal data. For a complete review of the Privacy Policy, please refer to the relevant section on the Site titled “Privacy Policy” at the bottom of the page.
Final Provisions
In the event that one or more provisions of these General Conditions is deemed invalid or otherwise unenforceable or non-demandable, this will not affect the validity of these General Conditions as a whole or of the remaining provisions, which will all continue to have full validity and effectiveness.
Any tolerance by one of the Parties towards acts or omissions of the other Party that violate the provisions of these General Conditions shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the rights arising from the violated provisions, nor of the right to demand their exact fulfillment and any potential compensation for damages.

Shipping
Shipping Information
Shipping is free for orders over €600 (six hundred euros). For orders below this amount, shipping will incur a fee.
Your order will be delivered approximately within 5 to 10 working days from order confirmation for orders within Italy and the EU; 15 to 20 working days for the rest of the world.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. During periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas holidays, and promotional sales, shipping may be delayed.

How to Track Your Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the courier TNT/FEDEX at the address provided during the purchase, containing the tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
Returns
Return Policy
Orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving the items for a refund of the purchase price (the cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer); however, it is not possible to exchange for a different size or color. If you wish to purchase a different size or color, you will need to place a new order. When placing the new order, you can enter a promo code for “free shipping” (see Return Instructions).
Products you wish to return must be in perfect condition, free of any signs of use, and must include the original label and tag. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. The return address must be indicated on the package: FULL UP s.r.l., Via F. Brunelleschi, 2 – 50013 Campi Bisenzio (FI). Inside the package, you must include the return form, which can be downloaded via the link in your account area or order summary. If the order was placed as a “guest” (without registration), you can request the form by email at customercare@sanfredi.com.
The return form used must be exclusively the one associated with the order number for which the return is being requested. Returns for orders generated on different dates within a single cumulative shipment are not permitted.
Once the return arrives at our warehouses, if the form used does not correspond to the order for which the return was requested, FULL UP reserves the right not to accept the return and therefore not to issue the corresponding refund, as it will not be possible to ensure the correct and complete return of the items.
Return Instructions:
• Send an email requesting a return and providing the reason to costumercare@sanfredi.com (you will receive a promo code for free shipping on your next order).
• Print the return form by downloading it from your account area, in the order summary, or as an attachment from the email you received.
• Place the items you wish to return in the package along with the printed return form.

Refund Procedure
When your return arrives at our warehouses and is accepted by our team, it will be processed, and you will receive an email confirming the initiation of the refund. Only the cost of the purchased product will be refunded. The amount will be credited to the payment method you used at the time of purchase within ten working days. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Sales), the process may experience delays, and the amount will be credited within 20 working days.
